About DPM
We are a full service property management firm since 2009. We handle residential and commercial properties in the Madison and Dane county area. If you own two or more units, the management fee is 6.5% of the rent collected, and a one time $99 set up fee for online payment services. If you are a single-unit owner, the same fee structure mentioned above still applies. However, there is also an additional 25% leasing fee. There are no renewal fees, administrative fees, showing fees, monthly maintenance fees, etc. For this fee you receive full service, professional property management, which includes the following services:

Pay expenses from operating account.
Client gets dedicated bank account in their name. Money is not mingled with other client’s money. (This means that you can access your own, private, dedicated account anytime, any day, and see exactly what has gone into and out of the account in real time. No need to wait for a monthly statement and significantly less room for accounting error.)
Tenants can pay and apply online.
In-house maintenance. No mark up on maintenance that requires contracted work.
Routine inspections of property – Frequency based on size of property.
Emergency maintenance line.
Fees – 6.5% of rent collected. One time $99 set up fee for online tenant payment. 25% leasing fee for single-unit owners.
